Rafidah - Jangan Tunggu Sampai Nasi Jadi Bubur

Utusan Malaysia today gave Rafidah the first slot on the front page and the message was very loud and clear “Don’t wait until the rice become porridge “. She agreed and supported that orderly transition of power from the PM to TPM. But it must be done soon to avoid unbearable damage to UMNO image and branding. Unfortunately the UMNO branding is at its lowest ebb and if not careful will be swept to sea.

At the same time UMNO Veteran Association (UVA) and Association of former Barisan Nasional MPs and Assemblyman (MUBARAK) which have some common memberships were giving conflicting stand regarding PM position. UVA wanted PM to stay put while MUBARAK wanted the handing over to TPM to be carried out sooner the better.

Its looks like the UMNO leadership problem is heading for stormier weather despite Pak Leh assurance that he is passing the baton and knew when best to do it. The Pakatan Rakyat is having a good run and laughing all the way around the field while the BN is still deciding when to pass the baton??? We are still in the dark on the kind of action and stand that will be taken by the Wanita UMNO leaderships if their polite opinion is being brushed aside. One thing is for sure the vengeance of hurt women can be vicious and fatal.

Salam DJ,
Nasi kalau dah jadi bubur, bubuh santan, tambah ikan bilis goreng, kacang tanah dan sayur, lebih sedap jadinya. Tapi UMNO, bukan macam bubur.

Salam Dato':

While Rafidah supported the smooth transition of powers in UMNO leadership, I wondered if she is willing to the same with Wanita UMNO?
For her it should be: Don't wait until bubur menjadi basi.

UVA and MUBARAK having the opposite views I think that is acceptable but the irony is I do think both UVA and MUBARAK have an overlapping membership. When one attended UVA PC-they say PM should stay on. When the give the MUBARAK's version: PM let go off the post.
So UMNO members are a flip-flop lot.But what do we expect if their president is is a flippy-floppy guy.

Salam Zabs,

It will be a shame if Rafidah pick up any Cabinet post after being dumped.

Salam Tokasid,
The price of weak and poor leadership is fatal to any organization, what more to a country. Being nice and sound fair to all is not enough to run a country.

They are so used to having power and living without it seemed impossible. It’s a disease of the heart " sakit jiwa ". It’s going to be a long stormy journey that may end in hell.

Hi Jaf,from what I read and figure in your this posting, UMNO still having hiccups?
Oh well politics I guess sama dalam dunia.
Here many years back the people voted out the ruling government, it was in power 8 years, as well the PM was too cozy with our next door you tau la siapa tu.
Came the general elections...they were completely ko'ed sampai not enough seats (need 12 at least) to remain in parliament. They had 260 seats, lost all except 9. Habis cherita.
Till today Canada holds that world record of kicking out not only the government, but demolished the total party, game over.
Today, our local and National government still have nightmares over that spectacular election massacre and they sure know what can happen again if they don't move their A's. Ha ha.
Wow, Jaflam, you pandai beli baju for your Angels, huh? Ha ha. Must get some hot tips from you, ha ha.
You stay easy and have a nice day, Lee.

Dato',

Lol! That's just a satire, quite a dark one if I must admit. Still, nothing to be worried about as I am in fact, a peaceful guy...unless, the rights of the people are trampled upon! InsyAllah, I then stand for justice in the name of Allah.

Dear U Lee,

Thanks for dropping by and sharing the Canada experience. We are getting there all right in terms of choosing the Governing party. The people are brave enough to break away from the narrow political agenda and move forward on best solutions for Rakyat. Let hope politicians from both Fronts learned their lesson well and start delivering.

Take care and have a fun day.

Salam Cakapaje,
Actually I like you satire and would loved it better if you choose to waved you sword and end the bachelorhood. There are so many maiden waiting to be saved by warrior like you. Bukan apa suka makan nasi minyak berkat.

Lol! InsyAllah, bila temu jodoh, I will invite my friends. Only that, I do not intend to make it grand, just a small to medium scale reception...kalau temu jodoh lah! :)
